For Adolescents & Their Caregivers

Your prescription for successful communication between adolescents and caregivers.

Caregivers often struggle with how to connect their young people.

I offer sessions that open a window into the adolescent brain, tips on how to foster authentic connection with tweens, teens, and young adults.

Adolescents need safe spaces to ask questions

I offer seminars, workshops and Q&A sessions that are teen focused.

I also offer unique caregiver & youth activity sessions that foster communication through culinary medicine.
